What makes Mama Booza different from regular ice cream?
Every flavour starts as a real, recognisable dessert (Lazy Cake, Ashta, Halawa Dibs), not a generic base with syrup added. We slow-churn in small batches for a dense, clean texture and let the ingredient do the talking.
How should I store it and serve it?
Keep it frozen below -18°C. Let the tub sit at room temperature for two to three minutes before scooping so the aromatics open up and it scoops cleanly.
Which flavours are halal, and are any vegetarian?
All Mama Booza ice creams are 100% halal. Most tubs are vegetarian; the fruit-based Mama Pops are dairy-free. Full ingredient and allergen details are listed on each product page.
Do you use artificial colours or flavours?
No artificial colours or flavours. Colour and taste come from the real ingredients: roasted pistachio, cocoa, real fruit, tahini and date molasses.
How do I order, and where do you deliver?
Order through our delivery partners across the UAE. The available aggregators are linked on each product page. Tubs are packed to travel and arrive frozen.
