It started with a mother, a kitchen, and a recipe she never wrote down.
Every flavour begins as a real dessert, one that belongs to a culture, carries an emotion, and holds a memory. We grew up with them, and a simple question followed us: why has no one turned these into ice cream?

Desserts that raised us
Ashta from the corner pastry shop, halawa on winter mornings, lazy cake at every family gathering. The desserts of a Levantine childhood, made by hand and known by heart.

A question asked in London
Years later in London, far from those kitchens, a craving turned into a question: the world has gelato and frozen yoghurt, so why has nobody churned our desserts into ice cream?

Churned in Dubai
The answer is made in Dubai. Slow-churned in small batches and rolled out one flavour at a time. Levantine at heart, at home in the city.
