Mama Booza was founded with an aspiration to reconstruct and modernize  authentic Lebanese ice cream. All recipes have been trialed, developed and perfected by Mama. Whether you are missing the taste of home or just a curious ice cream fan, this is a must.

We are a family owned business. We produce a limited daily stock, sold fresh directly to you!

Mama is very particular when it comes to Ice Cream, only uses 100% natural ingredients without artificial preservatives. We love to support local businesses, our fresh ingredients are handpicked by Mama from local vendors and markets.

All of our sorbets are VEGAN friendly, and our Milky Boozas are elastic and creamy!

We produce a daily limited stock, so our products are always freshly made.
